Account Deletion

How to delete your Live Beautiful account, what that removes, and how to request it if you no longer have the app.

Delete your account in the app

    Open the menu from the top-left corner of any screen.

    Tap Your account.

  3. 3

    Tap Delete account, then confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your name, email, and login
  • Your Weekly Layers progress and unlocked content
  • Your favourited layers and recordings

This can't be undone, and there's no recovery period after you confirm.

Two things this doesn't do

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google — manage or cancel that separately from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, or it will continue to renew.

If you've used The Conversation, its history is stored on its own separate system. Deleting your Live Beautiful account doesn't remove it automatically yet — email us below and we'll clear it by hand.

Can't get to the app?

If you've uninstalled Live Beautiful, or can't sign in, email hi@livebeautiful.no from the address your account uses and ask us to delete it. We handle these by hand and aim to complete them within 30 days.
