Live Beautiful
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Live Beautiful app and membership ("the Service"), operated by Live Beautiful, a Norwegian sole proprietorship (ENK), org. no. 936 512 135 ("Live Beautiful," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you") accept these Terms in full. Certain features within the Service, such as The Conversation, are governed by additional supplementary terms, which apply alongside these Terms.
Live Beautiful provides seasonal wellness and self-discovery content, including written material, guided methodology, and interactive features, delivered through a branded app and website.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Live Beautiful's content is written with an adult audience in mind — it assumes a degree of life experience, and is not designed or moderated for children. If you are between 16 and 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is aware that you use the Service. The Conversation, our AI-guided dialogue feature, involves open and personal exchange and is intended for users 18 and older only; if you are under 18, please do not use The Conversation.
Access to certain content or features requires a paid subscription, billed and processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on which you subscribed through. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are as presented to you at the time of purchase by Apple or Google.
Live Beautiful does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds. All refund requests must be made directly to Apple or Google through their own refund process, and are subject to their respective policies.

All content within the Service — including written material, methodology, imagery, and branding — is the property of Live Beautiful or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Live Beautiful does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or benefit from using the Service, and content is provided for informational and self-development purposes only, not as professional advice of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Live Beautiful and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or personal injury directly caused by Live Beautiful, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Where liability is not otherwise excluded above, Live Beautiful's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid Live Beautiful in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Live Beautiful may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with venue at the courts of Oslo.
